My husband is in the United States Marine Corps.
Two stay strong quotes that I really like are not necessarily directed towards the military or military relationships, but they have a lot of meaning:
"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength."
I finally got myself out of this rut I have been in. I don't know why but for the past two weeks I didn't have motivation to really do anything. This past week, I've been doing more around the house (cleaning and cooking-wise) and getting all the bills paid in advance, sending mail out, and some crafting. To top it all off, I forced myself out of the house and went to the gym with my friend, Jen!
We took the cycling class with abs. We use to go 3 days a week every week when our husbands were deployed, but then since Matt got back home and I was in school, I felt like I never had the time or I was just plain lazy. Well, I never realized how intense that class is until today.. I really felt out of shape just from the two months that I took off! But I didn't give up on the 50 minutes intense cycling up and down hills or when my abs were clenching tightly
Proof!
We use to go to a spinning class in Tampa all the time. I loved it
