Florida Trip Day 7 - Monday

Church Memorial day. Suprisingly, I held it together good. It wasn't easy seeing other family members crying, hearing the beautiful music being played on the piano and sung, nor was it easy hearing the Father speak such sweet words of a woman he had never met, but only heard about. What could have helped me is knowing she is a great place watching over everyone who attended or the fact I was surrounded by so much love, or maybe because I had an adorable, poilte 8-year-old niece holding my hand. Below are the pictures taken from this day

I love how my niece went into the room, took the player and the boys ended up falling asleep. Haha, I ended up taking her to bed with me....and the player came along.

That next early morning, Tuesday Aug 2, I headed to the airport and flew back home to California! It was awesome to see all my family and spend time with my nieces and nephews. I miss them all, but it is also nice to come back home to my house and my husband, especially knowing our time we share together is limited.

  1. Yes, I agree it is always nice to get back to your home. I wish you didn't have to live so far away. We enjoyed the time we had with you. The memorial was beautiful especially since you were able to attend. Grandma mentioned to me how nice your pictures were you took.
