St. Patrick's Day

I made Matt a St. Patrick's Day package! I was so rushed to get it out to him that I totally spaced on taking a picture of everything... Oops! But I can list the things inside and just show a picture I took on my Iphone last minute at the post office, ha ha. 

Items included:
Green loofa
Green toothbrush
Green scope mouthwash
Green tabasco sauce
Green Tshirts and socks for work
Skittles
Green Sunglasses, tie, wig, necklaces
Green Gum and mints
Green Flags
Green homemade chocolate chip cookies

  1. You are very creative. Is Matt partly Irish? It is also customary to wear your national colors on Saint Patrick’s Day. Italians may wear Orange. Did you know the originally color associated with Saint Patrick was blue. At the age of sixteen he was kidnapped by Irish raiders and taken captive to Ireland as a slave. St Patrick was told by God in a dream to flee from captivity to the coast, where he would board a ship and return to Britain. Upon returning to Britain, he quickly joined the Catholic Church and studied to be a priest. In 432, he was called back to Ireland, though as a bishop. He died on 17 March 461.
